Consultations
Initial consultations cover a wide range of health concerns, and help you to understand more about what treatment is best for you. All treatments require an initial visit. The time needed for consults increases as the complexity and seriousness of the case increases. An initial visit includes a detailed intake form, a thorough assessment of the patients history, the current health concerns, a review of supplements and medications, when indicated a physical exam, a look at any current diagnostic and laboratory work, as well as a detailed plan of action personalized to your needs.
Consultations are available in-person, via online/virtual platform (Jane), and phone.
Many extended health insurance plans cover naturopathic care, check with your insurance provider for more information.

Telemedicine / Online Consultations
Online consultations / Telemedicine are available for those patients that cannot make it into the office!
Available all throughout BC!
Telemedicine offers patients a secure way to connect with Dr Della from the convenience of their home or work place. If you have trouble finding a sitter, time off to get to the office, or live outside of Victoria, this offers a good alternative to in person visits.
Initial visits can be conducted this way, and in most circumstances offer a replacement to in person visits. If a physical exam is needed, then referrals may be made to a closer healthcare practitioner in some cases.
Lab work and supplements are shipped to patients, or requisition forms are emailed.
This allows patients to have a completely virtual experience.
